Solid targets, some paint issues

I picked up one of their AR500 silhouette targets and a t-post hanger. The steel quality is definitely good, thick and seems like it'll last. It's properly laser cut, no rough edges. Shipping was pretty quick for a heavy item, about 4 days to my door. My only real gripe is that the target came raw steel, which I knew it would, but it also had some surface rust spots already. Nothing major, just meant I had to clean it up and paint it sooner than I planned. For the price, it's a fair deal, but a better pre-shipment condition check on the raw steel could improve things. The hanger works well though.
